Canna 'Eric Neubert' is a rhizomatous perennial known for its bright orange-red flowers and bronze-tinted green foliage. It grows to about 3 feet tall and blooms from summer to early autumn, adding a tropical touch to gardens and containers. This variety thrives in full sun and prefers moist, fertile soil. While it is somewhat frost-hardy, it benefits from winter protection in colder climates.

Planting: In spring, plant rhizomes horizontally 3 to 4 inches deep after the last frost, when soil has warmed to at least 60°F. Space 12 to 18 inches apart.
Location: Choose a spot in full sun for best flowering. In hot climates, light afternoon shade can help prevent leaf scorch.
Soil: Rich, well-drained, moisture-retentive soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH (6.0–7.0) is ideal.
